PRIVÉA VOYAGE
Granite islands, ancient forests, and the world's most exclusive private retreats.
The Seychelles archipelago spans 115 islands. The inner four and the private outer islands are where the finest properties sit.
The main island — home to the international airport, the Four Seasons, and the capital Victoria. Dense jungle, granite peaks, and some of the finest unspoilt beaches in the Indian Ocean.
A 15-minute flight from Mahé. The Vallée de Mai UNESCO forest shelters the Coco de Mer palm. Home to the Lemuria, Raffles, and several boutique properties.
The world-famous Anse Source d'Argent — the most photographed beach on earth. Reached by ferry from Praslin. Bicycles are the primary transport. Intimate, unhurried, timeless.
North Island, Frégate, Félicité, Desroches — the Seychelles' outer islands are among the world's most exclusive addresses. These are whole-island or ultra-villa experiences.

Direct connections from all major European, Middle Eastern, and Asian hubs.
Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) on Mahé receives direct flights from London, Paris, Frankfurt, Dubai, Doha, and Singapore. Flight time from London: approximately 10 hours.
Air Seychelles and smaller charter operators connect Mahé to Praslin (15 min), Denis Island (30 min), and several outer islands daily.
The fastest way to reach North Island, Frégate, and Félicité. Helicopter transfers (15–25 min from Mahé) are arranged by the resorts and are included in some room rates.
Regular high-speed catamaran services run Mahé–Praslin (1 hr) and Praslin–La Digue (15 min). Scenic, practical, and the preferred mode for inter-island day trips.
The Seychelles is equatorial — there is no bad month, but the trade-wind pattern shapes conditions dramatically.
The best months. Trade winds are light, seas calm, and rates haven't yet peaked. Ideal for diving — visibility exceeds 30m.
Windier on the east coasts; west-coast resorts (Mahé, Praslin) remain sheltered and calm. Excellent for kitesurfing and big-fish diving.
Another transition — calm and warm. This is the second-best window and often has the best rates before the festive premium.
Warm, humid, and occasionally showery. Outer islands can be rough. Festive season (Dec–Jan) peaks hard on price.
The Seychelles operates a visa-on-arrival policy for all nationalities — no advance visa is required. You will need a confirmed return ticket and proof of accommodation or sufficient funds.
The Seychellois Rupee (SCR). However, all luxury properties price and accept payment in USD or EUR. Major credit cards are universally accepted at hotels.
North Island: 30 min helicopter. Frégate: 15 min helicopter. Félicité (Six Senses): 15 min helicopter from Mahé or 15 min boat from La Digue. Desroches: 35 min light aircraft.
The inner islands (Mahé, Praslin, La Digue) are excellent for families. The private outer islands are primarily couples/honeymoon. Four Seasons Seychelles and Raffles Praslin both have strong kids' facilities.
